Stayed here while visiting my husband. Hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was decent as well. We will be staying here again next time I am up.
The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Location was near the mall and not hard to navigate to the freeway from. Downtown wasn’t too far from the location.
I had an amazing stay here. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the beds are super comfy and the staff was very friendly and inviting!
Decent for business trips. The carpet in my room needed some attention, but I’ll still stay there again on my next trip. It’s conveniently located and easy to get to in crazy Boise traffic.
Clean, great free breakfast with yogurt bar, cereal, waffles, eggs biscuits and sausage gravy. Interior is nice. Inexpensive, comfortable. Wifi was great, temperature good. Would come back again.
I was very disappointed with several issues during my stay. First, the night staff never informed us about the breakfast time. Because of that, we arrived around 9:30 AM but there was no breakfast left. We also saw other guests coming later, checking the empty counter and leaving immediately — clearly they were not told about the breakfast time either. Secondly, our room deposit was charged three times, which was very confusing and frustrating. We did not receive any explanation for the repeated charges. Lastly, early in the morning, the noise from the lawnmower outside our window was extremely loud. It woke us up very early and made it difficult to rest. Overall, the communication was poor, and the experience was far below expectations. I hope the management can improve these issues for future guests.
The ONLY problem is there's no onsite laundry service. Otherwise very nice and quiet. Although, pricey!
